Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of information held by Honeyman Studios, Inc. for Life Mothership, Brand Mothership or the Life Mothership integration (formerly Easyboost).

Request deletion

Email privacy@lifemothership.com from the address associated with your account, where possible. Tell us which account or connected service the request concerns and whether you want to remove imported data or close the account. For website activity or purchase information, identify the website or brand involved.

We will verify the request before making changes. Please do not send passwords or access tokens.

What we remove

For the verified scope of the request, we remove account information, stored connection credentials including Meta tokens, imported account data and related information held by our service.

If you request account closure, we also review associated files and other account data. Shared workspace information is handled according to ownership and authorization.

Purchase records may be retained for as long as applicable law requires.

Timing and confirmation

Deletion requests are completed within 30 days of a verified request. We confirm completion by email and explain any information retained because of a legal requirement.

Deleted uploaded files remain recoverable in our file storage for seven days. Database backup copies expire according to our configured recovery window.

Disconnecting from Meta

You can remove Life Mothership through Facebook’s Settings, under Apps and websites or Business integrations, depending on how the connection was made. The integration was previously named Easyboost.

Removing or disconnecting the integration stops the connection; it does not automatically delete information already stored by our service. Email privacy@lifemothership.com to request that deletion.

These instructions apply to information held by our service. Content or records held independently by Facebook or another connected platform can be managed through that platform.
